Yoga Difficulty Scale
Class Minimum Policy:
Simply Yoga requires a minimum of two clients registered in order to hold a scheduled class. If only one client is signed up, Simply Yoga reserves the right to cancel the class.
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, the registered client will have the option to return the class to their package or move the class to another available time.
If the client paid for a single drop-in session, the payment will either be refunded or applied to another class of the client’s choosing.

Level 1 | Beginner Foundations: Perfect for those new to yoga or seeking a slower pace. We focus on gentle yoga poses, foundational alignment, and breathwork to build a safe, sustainable practice.

Levels 2–3 | Intermediate Progress: Ready to grow? These classes build strength and flexibility through a steady, moderate pace. You’ll explore more dynamic movements and refine your technique.

Levels 4–5 | Advanced Challenge: For the experienced practitioner. Expect advanced yoga sequences, vigorous transitions, and peak poses designed to push your physical and mental boundaries.
