Flow Styles

Restoring Mind-Body 

Restore your mind and body with a class that includes bolsters, blankets, blocks, and essential oils. Not hot yoga.

Slow + Intentional 

A class that moves slowly and intentionally. Stretching and moving with purpose. Not hot yoga.

​

Power Yoga 

A vinyasas flow class where we connect body and breath as we move through a flow. Not hot yoga.

Yoga Sculpt 

Start your practice with a yoga warmup then move into sculpting and toning your body with light weights, bands, and sliders. Not hot yoga

Hot Yoga 

A vinyasas flow class where the studio is at 95’s. Moving through one breath and one movement. A challenging flow that can be adapted to any level. Modifications are given—hot yoga.

Mind over Mat 

This 90 minute class at 95’ is designed to challenge one’s body and mind. The vinyasas flow moves quickly and offers modifications. An absolute must-try! Hot yoga.

​

Yoga Muscle 

A class led by Molly Butz. This will be a challenging slow class using light weights and resistance to tone and shape muscles. Not hot yoga.
