The room is kept at a comfortable 85°F, the perfect temperature to help your muscles soften and move freely. It’s a high-energy, motivating experience that leaves you feeling longer and stronger. We focus on "quality over quantity," using intentional movements to build functional strength and balance. No need to bring heavy gear or a change of clothes for the heat, this class is practiced at room temperature and we provide all the equipment!

Barre Pilates Fusion
Can’t decide between a stretch or a sweat? Barre Pilates Fusion offers both. We start on the mat with a breath-centered yoga flow, then pick up the pace with Barre and Pilates movements that target your core, glutes, and arms.
