• Once you sign up for the event you will receive an inquiry of your preferences for both the type of yoga flow & meal
• We will, together, develop a custom flow that fits everyone's needs
• After our yoga session, we will head to the kitchen to craft a healthy meal incorporating everyone's favorite tastes & you take home the recipe to share with your family
• Last, we will gather as a community & share the meal over conversations
