Just one? It's hard to pick! My favorite three are:
TEACHER | FOUNDER
Stephanie started Simply Yoga as a way to share the benefits of expanding one's body, mind, & soul.
Yoga is a very personal journey & each yogi is on their own path. She wants you to know that when you walk into practice at Simply Yoga, you are in a safe & nurturing environment Stephanie is dedicated to teaching & will gladly tailor her practices for individual needs. Her mission is to provide a space where you can grow, create friendships, & become the best version of you!
When she is not on the mat, you will find her spending time with her beautiful children & pets. She loves walking, biking, hiking, cooking, reading, & traveling.
My personal yoga journey has me working on balance. It challenges my mind & body. Forcing me to stop & listen.
NEWLY CERTIFIED TEACHER
Emily is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is currently studying to become a teacher.
Fun fact: She first ever practiced yoga with Steph here at SY
Emily fell in love with yoga and ended up becoming certified in Costa Rica! She really enjoys being with children and believes her true calling is to one day be a mama herself.
One-legged wheel is my favorite pose! Mostly because it makes me feel like I’m reaching for a higher part of myself by lifting my leg towards the sky!
