Stephanie started Simply Yoga as a way to share the benefits of expanding one's body, mind, & soul.  

Yoga is a very personal journey & each yogi is on their own path. She wants you to know that when you walk into practice at Simply Yoga, you are in a safe & nurturing environment Stephanie is dedicated to teaching & will gladly tailor her practices for individual needs. Her mission is to provide a space where you can grow, create friendships, & become the best version of yourself!

When she is not on the mat, you will find her spending time with her beautiful children & pets. She loves walking, biking, hiking, cooking, reading, & traveling.

Strong, determined, and heartfelt, Sara, is passionate about helping and inspiring others, both young and old.  While suffering from Lyme Disease, she turned to yoga as a way to heal her mind and body. Sara is also a teacher, coach, and mom who loves Target, the beach and outdoors, her family, and traveling. Sara teaches a class full of power, strength, energy, and flow, and provides you with tools needed to be a happier, healthier, and better you. Sara loves to have fun and her motivating personality is sure to challenge you, leaving you feeling energized, accomplished, empowered, and refreshed.

EMILY | TEACHER

Following a decade of experience teaching elementary education, Jess Fagan discovered her love for teaching fitness when she trained as a Pilates instructor in 2011. She has taught Barre and Pilates in multiple places including New Orleans and Detroit. Jess leads her students to find their innate physical, mental and spiritual strength through her dynamic and fun Vinyasa flows. No matter your strengths or weaknesses, she believes that you will find breath and movement on your mat in a challenging way that best serves you. On the mat, Jess creates a vibe of healing, strength, and growth.  Off the mat, she loves to cook, garden and travel.

Emily's passion lies in guiding yoga + spreading the incredible synergy of body, mind, and breath. In her classes, she provides an experience that keeps you flowing, freeing your mind as your body stays in motion. At her core, she is an adventurous spirit, always ready to infuse a touch of excitement into the session. She aims to establish a secure haven for her yogis, allowing them to practice, attune to their bodies, and uncover serenity.

Emily's aspiration is to empower individuals. When you step onto the mat, it's a moment to revel in, a testament to the goodness you're nurturing within yourself.

Hi! My name is Lex and I am the Social Media Manager, Creator, and Executive Assistant here at Simply Yoga. I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of this team since 2020 and have been a part of the SY community for even longer (I was a yogi while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing at UW Oshkosh)! My passion lies in video creation, social mapping, and aesthetic presence. I also LOVE photography. You can find me in my free time doing just that for any of the businesses I freelance for or for my personal endeavors in the rock + metal music industry. I’ll see you around the studio!
